Faye joined the governing board of LLPS in July 2022 and was the EYFS governor and vice chair during 2022-23. Prior to this Faye was a governor at Abbots Farm Infant and Preschool for 10 years, where she was the chair of governors for 3 years. 

In her day job, Faye is Head of Administration and Finance for Read Easy UK, an adult literacy charity which supports volunteer groups to help adults improve their literacy skills.

Faye is also a mum to 2 neurodivergent teenagers, and Faye herself has ADHD. Faye is passionate about all things education and is delighted to be supporting LLPS to ensure all children receive education of the highest standard, which allows every child to develop a love of learning and reach their own individual potential. 

On our Governing Body, Faye is also Link Governor for Training and Development.
