I am a local resident and have strong community links. I have been a teacher for the last 9 years and am passionate about children’s learning. I have recently taken the interest in staff wellbeing due to the current recruitment and retention crisis and feel strongly about ensuring staff feel valued and appreciated in the job that they do. 

On our Governing Body, Jayde is Link Governor for Staff Wellbeing.
