Paul is a Strategic Local Authority Operations Manager for Birmingham City Council. His main role involves leveraging digital transformation and data-driven strategies to enhance efficiency and drive operational excellence. Paul is an expert in deploying technology to empower teams, ensuring they are effective, agile, and capable of meeting dynamic business needs.

Paul is CIEH registered Environmental Health Officer and has worked within Health and Safety, Food Hygiene, Statutory Nuisances, Environmental Crime, Infectious Disease Control and other areas.

Paul is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, committed to leading with emotional intelligence, promoting staff development, and embedding Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) at the heart of organisational culture. He is a Neurodiversity champion. Paul is passionate about harnessing data insights to refine processes, increase productivity, and maintain quality standards.
